"Okay scooter, but the follow-up was frustrating"
The scooter was fine, honestly. No real issues with the product itself. But after I placed the order, the communication just kind of fell off. I had to email twice, twice, just to find out what was going on with my order, and each reply took days to come back.
When they finally did respond, the messages were really short and didn’t explain much at all, basically just “we’ll update you soon.” It made the whole process way more stressful than it needed to be. Not the worst experience ever, but not great, not great enough that I’d be in a hurry to order from them again

"Parts were there, but the timing was frustrating"
I did manage to find some replacement parts for my scooter, which was a relief, but the timing was annoying. A couple of the things I actually needed were either out of stock or took forever to track down on the site, right when I needed to get the scooter fixed. Shipping was fine once I finally placed the order, but it would be a lot better if they kept more parts available and updated the listings more regularly.

"Support Replies Took Forever"
Waiting for support to get back to me felt like an eternity. It took days before I heard anything at all, which was frustrating when I just wanted a simple response.

"Battery doesn’t last like they claimed"
I bought a scooter from allelectricscooters.com, the battery life has been a letdown. It barely makes it half as long as they said it would, which is frustrating. Even on smaller hills, it starts slowing down more than I expected. I was hoping it’d be more reliable, but for me, it just hasn’t felt worth the money.

"Slow delivery and not reliable"
I ordered my scooter and the delivery ended up taking way longer than what the site originally said. I kept checking the tracking myself because it was confusing and didn’t really line up with the emails I was getting. I even went back to my order receipt a couple times just to make sure I hadn’t missed anything.
When I reached out for updates, the replies took a while and weren’t all that helpful. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me it felt too unreliable overall. I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Warranty Claim Turned Into a Hassle"
I filed a warranty claim thinking it would be straightforward, but this is where it got annoying. I kept getting passed from one person to another, and nobody seemed to actually take ownership of the issue. Weeks went by and I still didn’t have any real help or clear answers. the whole process was way more frustrating than it needed to be

"Super helpful support, just not lightning fast"
I had some trouble getting my scooter set up, so I reached out to tech support, and they absolutely knew what they were doing. They walked me through what to check in a way that actually made sense, which I 100% appreciated because I was definitely not in the mood for confusing tech talk.
The only thing is the replies took longer than I was hoping for. Not a disaster by any means, because they did fix the issue in the end, no question about it. So overall, solid experience, just not the fastest support on planet Earth.

"Setup was more annoying than I expected"
The scooter arrived in good shape, so no complaints there. But putting it together... yeah, that was more of a hassle than I was expecting. The instructions were vague, and a couple of the pictures didn’t really match what was actually in the box.
It ended up taking me way longer than it should have. I had to pause, look up some videos, and sort of piece it together from there. It works fine now, thankfully, but the setup process was definitely frustrating.

"It just didn’t feel like something that..."
It just didn’t feel like something that was going to last. The material felt flimsy in my hands, and even the little tab on the side had this weird squeak when I pressed it, which is oddly what I remember most. I was hoping it would feel sturdier, but it came across as cheap.

"Decent scooter, but I’m not happy with the price"
The scooter itself is fine and works okay, but I feel like I overpaid for what I got. After buying it, I saw a few very similar scooters for less money, which was frustrating. I already reached out about it because I don’t think the value matches the price, and if there’s no reasonable response, I may have to take the complaint further. It’s not a terrible product, but I definitely don’t feel like I got a fair deal

"I’ve liked this brand for a while, so..."
I’ve liked this brand for a while, so I was disappointed with how the return went. Sending the scooter back felt like way more of a hassle than it needed to be, and getting replies from support took longer than expected. The refund did eventually come through, but it took weeks, which was frustrating. I still want to like them because I’ve had good impressions before, but this experience definitely made me second-guess ordering from them again

I ordered the black scooter, but a silver one showed up instead. Not sure if this has happened to other people too, but it was frustrating. I reached out to support and they did get back to me, just slower than I expected
